We are an equal opportunities employer. However, as Black and global majority people are currently underrepresented in the UK arts and heritage workforce, we would particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups.
We want our team to represent all sections of the community and expect all our staff to have a strong commitment to work with Culture& to create equal, diverse and inclusive cultural experiences. Our ambition is to reflect society and create a diverse welcoming environment for all to experience arts and heritage.
